You submit your details
Find your town on our areas page and tell us your postcode and how many bins you would like cleaned. It takes about two minutes, and there is no payment at this stage — we check availability first.
We match you with a local operator
We find a trusted, independent bin cleaning operator covering your postcode — usually within 1–2 working days — and contact you to confirm your council collection day and your price.
You confirm and pay
Once your operator is confirmed, we agree the price with you and book your first clean. There are no contracts and no hidden fees — you only pay once everything is confirmed.
Your bins are cleaned every month
Your operator cleans your bins on or just after collection day, when they are empty. You do not need to be home. It repeats every month automatically, and you can cancel any time.

Eco sanitiser & deodoriser
We finish with a biodegradable sanitiser that leaves your bin fresh and hygienically clean.

Dirty water is collected responsibly — nothing is left to run into the road or drains.
All you need to do
Simply leave your bin out as usual on your council collection day. Once it has been emptied, your operator does the rest — there is no need to be home, and your clean bin is returned to your property. That is the whole job done for you.
