1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the wheelie-bincleaning.co.uk website and the booking service we provide. By using our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or service.

2. About our service

wheelie-bincleaning.co.uk is an introductory service. We connect customers with independent, local wheelie bin cleaning operators. We are not the operator and we do not carry out the bin cleaning ourselves.

When you submit a booking request, we match you with a suitable operator in your area. That operator is an independent business responsible for carrying out the clean, confirming the final price, holding any insurance their work requires, and managing the service relationship with you. Where these terms refer to a "service" being arranged or provided, this should be understood in that context.

3. Bookings and quotes

Submitting a booking request through our website is a request to be matched with an operator — it is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once an operator has accepted it and confirmed your collection day and price with you. Prices shown on the website (from £7.99 per bin per month) are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on your location, the number of bins, and the operator assigned to you.

4. Pricing and payment

The final price for your clean will always be confirmed before any service begins. Payment terms are agreed between you and your assigned operator or, where applicable, collected by us on the operator's behalf. There are no long-term contracts and no hidden fees — you will be told the full price before you commit.

5. The service and operator responsibilities

The assigned operator is responsible for carrying out the wheelie bin cleaning to a reasonable standard, for holding any insurance required for their work, and for complying with applicable laws and regulations. Cleans are normally carried out on or shortly after your council bin collection day, so that bins are empty. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a clean, please tell us or the operator promptly so it can be put right.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a booking request at any time before it is confirmed, at no charge. After a booking is confirmed, any cancellation terms (including notice periods) will be those agreed with your operator. If a clean has been paid for but is not carried out, you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for that clean. To cancel or request a refund, contact us at info@wheelie-bincleaning.co.uk.

7. Your responsibilities

To allow the service to be carried out, you agree to: present your bin(s) as instructed on the agreed collection day; provide accurate contact and address details; and let us know promptly of any changes. We cannot be responsible for a clean that cannot be completed because a bin was not accessible or was still full.

8. Liability

As we act only as an introducer, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or service quality of independent operators. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with our introductory service is limited to the amount you paid in respect of the relevant booking.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to wheelie-bincleaning.co.uk and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you acknowledge that we will share your booking details with the independent operator assigned to your area so they can carry out the clean.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you submit a booking request is the version that applies to that booking.
